It's a crazy good deal that will never come around again.
Think of Rocket Pages as a Craig's List for Writers. A writer needs a publicist, they come to Novel Rocket, click on Rocket Pages and peruse the list.
With 40k readers a month interested in writing, there's not a better place to be listed.
