And Time Warner book group was sold to a French outfit. I'm doing my business term paper on the trends and strategies in book publishing. Hey, if you gotta write a business paper, at least make it interesting. So far, the research has been interesting. Keep up the great work, Gina. It would be nice if we were normal people and got to talk with people we like more often. But, because we're writers, and we like other writers, we never have time to talk. No wonder we're so quirky.

ReplyDeleteLife is crazy busy and I think all of us feel the same, wishing we could connect with friends more. I used to think the benefit of being a full time writer would be time to do lunch with friends, write letters etc. Hah. It's a hundred hour work week instead. Oh well.
That seemed to imply that I am a full time writers, not so. Still got the part-time day job of being a nurse. The full time day job of being a mother and then then the full time job of writing,editing, critiquing and soon to be judging.
